Kodiak Gas Services offers an excellent selection of benefits for regular, full-time employees. To enroll in benefits for the first time, you must make your election within the first 30 days of employment. Once you enroll, your benefits coverage begins on the first of the month following your date of hire.
If you do not enroll within 30 days of hire, you will not be able to enroll in benefits until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you experience a Life Status Change.
